Amla /Carrot Juice Machine can be used to make Amla/carrots juiced from fresh Fruits. This juice making machine can automatically finish the process of milling, extracting juice and de-slagging.
The motor drives the transmission shaft to rotate using grinding blades using a worm gear reducer to mill Amla/carrots into small particles by crushing the force generated by the motor. The crushed material then moves into the extracting device through the feeding hopper for a pressing function.
During this process, the juice will be extracted from crushed materials by pressing force generated by a screw auger rotating the driven by power; meanwhile, the pulp will move forward through the outlet hopper into the de-slagging device where it will be discharged automatically after de-slagging. Finally, the pure juice flows out from the outlet valve.
